The navigation bar has been upgraded to better fit users needs, to include their account, resource, hub, opportunity, and saved search information.
When users select the Home tab they will be on the Homepage of Bidscale Connect with the main opportunity feed, a right panel with HIVE Hub information and tailored opportunities, as well as the upgraded search and filters.
The homepage has been upgraded to better display opportunities and key information in the tool for our users. The opportunity cards have been modified to include essential data for each opportunity, as well as a right panel that displays HIVE Hub information and tailored opportunities.
Opportunity cards have been updated to display the following:
Solicitation name
Solicitation ID
Type
NAICS
Agency
Set Aside
Last updated date, Posted date, Due date, Award date
Follow button
A panel has been added to the Homepage to engage users and provide valuable opportunity information. The right panel will include a HIVE Hub component, Suggested opportunities, and Recently viewed opportunities for users to easily access.
The ability to invite a new friend to Bidscale Connect has been upgraded to optimize user interactions and overall design in the tool.
The filter functionality has been enhanced and moved to be more accessible and visible to users. Filters are now located next to the search bar at the top of the opportunity feed for users to directly apply any of the following:
Agency
Type
NAICS
PSC
Set Aside
The HIVE Hub posts and replies in the feed have been upgraded with new designs and functionality. Users now have the ability to quick-add images, videos, attachments and polls to post directly from the feed, or create a post in the upgraded post modal and share it to the community. Like and reply functionality has also been upgraded to be better for users.
When a user posts to the HIVE Hub, there is now a visual indicator on that post that notifies the user if it was created by them. As the feed grows, this will make navigating a user’s own posts much easier.
The post cards have been updated to remove the gray profile icon, display a government email tag for government registered users, include a date for the post, the user’s agency or company if included, and modified Like and Reply functionality.
For posts with attachments, the post will display an icon for each type of attachment uploaded and users will be able to click on each attachment to open up a read only view. From the read only view users will be able to download the attachment in the post.
For posts with images, the post will display the image in the post as a fixed width to ensure it’s visible to other users.
The reply functionality has been upgraded to allow users to reply directly under a post while viewing all additional replies.
