Please follow these step-by-step instructions to activate your Bidscale account:
Submit a request for an account by emailing customersuccess@bidscale.com
Upon receiving your email, the Bidscale Team will provision an account, which will automatically send a temporary password to you from noreply@bidscale.com
Navigate to your email and locate a message from noreply@bidscale.com that will contain your username, which is your email address, and a temporary passcode.
If the email is not found in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. The temporary password is valid for 24 hours. If your temporary password has expired, please email support for a new password.
Copy the temporary passcode, except for the “.” at the end and navigate to the Bidscale Select Login page at
Click the checkbox on the acknowledgement screen to proceed
Enter your username (email address) and the temporary passcode
Click the Sign In button
Please note, your username must be entirely lowercase.
You will be directed to the passcode reset page where you will be prompted to create a new passcode
Enter a new passcode following and guidelines
Click the Reset password button
Upon a successful password reset and login, you will be directed to the Homepage. Please note that upon initial login, access to solicitations, initiatives, or tasks may not be available. However, once you have been added to a specific solicitation, initiative, or assigned a task, you will have full functionality in accordance with your assigned user role.
