View solicitation progress

Access a solicitation dashboard to view the progress multiple ways:

1. Select the solicitation card on the Homepage

2. Click the Source Selections tab, click the name of the solicitation

1. Click the Progress tab

The progress page will display all evaluation and consensus tasks for a solicitation. The overview graph displays total tasks, on track, at risk, or late. The Overall Status progress bar displays the % of tasks completed out of all tasks created.

In the table below, view all tasks per evaluators and leads for a solicitation, and the status of each task.

Add a new evaluation task:

1. Click the Add Task button

1. Fill out the information in the modal

1. View the task in the table

   • Please note, when a new evaluation task is added the Consensus task will go back to a Not Released status, until the new evaluation task is complete.
