Request change for finding

Evaluation lead requesting review of finding during consensus

As an evaluation lead, you have the ability to request a change for a finding an evaluator created when conducting consensus. When a change is requested for a finding, the evaluator will need to acknowledge the request, make any changes necessary, and submit the evaluation again to allow the evaluation lead to proceed with consensus.

Request change for a finding: Evaluation Lead

  1. Click on the finding in the left panel

  2. Click the 3 dot button

  3. Select Request Change

  1. Add a feedback comment

  2. Click the Request Change button

Note: Users can also request changes for findings from the Summary page and Editor panel. To request change from the Summary page or Editor Panel click the Summary or Editor button in the left panel, and follow steps 2-5 above.

Once the finding is sent for change request it will be active for review. When the evaluator accesses the evaluation tool, the Editor button will have an icon indicating that a findings has a change requested. When the evaluator reviews the finding and resubmits, that finding will no longer appear to be in review.

Acknowledge change request: Evaluator

  1. Click the Editor button in the left panel

  2. Locate the blue active finding

  1. Click the 3 Dot button

  2. Select Edit

  1. Click the Acknowledged button to indicate you have acknowledged the request

  1. Resubmit the evaluation to the evaluation lead can proceed with consensus
