Pre-Award

Users have capabilities to build out robust yet simplistic workflows with tasks to complete any initiative. Our Manager tool was built around creating, managing, and completing initiatives with intelligent models to assign tasks across different stages to users in the tool, notifying each user of their assignments when they need to complete them.

Award

Our tool allows users to create solicitations, create evaluation teams, setup factors and rating sets, and generate evaluation and consensus tasks for evaluators and leads. The evaluation and consensus tool provides users an easy-to-use highlighting feature for findings within a proposal. Once all evaluation and consensus tasks are completed, leads can download a report with all findings and evaluation results.

Post-Award

Manage and view all documentation related to initiatives and solicitations with the document repository. Provide teams access to an entire archive of key documents, like market research findings, memos, procurement directives, technical proposals, policy documentation and more. View post-award tasks and progress statuses for individual contributors associated to initiatives.
